Well I ordered my wires for the control panel, I did / could not buy rolls of wires that would have stayed in the garage not being used. So I researched on eBay for a wire seller. Turns out that a seller by the name of "Cableall" has the required cable but one, the telephone one.

I sent him and email and a day later he sent me an invoice.

Here's what he sent me:

"JP,

Thank you for the inquiry, your pricing is as follows.

(8 feet) Black 10 gauge type T90/THWN/THHN wire $3.20

(4 feet) Red 10 gauge type T90/THWN/THHN wire $1.60

(11 feet) Green 10 gauge type T90/THWN/THHN wire $4.39

(40 feet) Black 14 gauge type T90/THWN/THHN wire $9.58

(6 feet) Red 14 gauge type T90/THWN/THHN wire $1.44

(22 feet) White 14 gauge type T90/THWN/THHN wire $5.27

(36 feet) 22-24 gauge telephone station or similar low voltage signal wire (rated to 300V) no quote

This order is plus shipping, if you provide me with the ship to zip code, I can figure out shipping cost and send you a paypal invoice for the total. For future reference, we usually only sell these sizes on 100ft min spools, but I am happy to meet your request for the first inquiry. Thank you.

Although Nick states that he usually sells by 100ft spools, maybe Kal can get in touch with him and have him make a kit for the brewery that is linked back to the auction on eBay, so Kal gets his share. Kal?

With shipping to NY state, this came to $40.

We want to offer up our own wiring kits here in the months that follow through my US seller/manufacturer... (along with other things).

Kal

Also, I would suggest ordering more than Kal suggest. I did not chain all my wires like Kal and I ran out of 14g black even though I ordered extra. I can also look up the lengths I ordered. I did not really have much left. I used 14g red for the 220 lights

Hmm, I was able to get THHN at ace hardware, both stranded and solid in appropriate colors...

I got all mine at Home Depot. They sell it by the foot there. Second the motion to get a few feet more than Kal suggests. It is nice to have some extra to work with.
