The 3 way selector/switch - it comes with two NO contact blocks, doesn't it? Is it possible to add a contact block for the middle (OFF) position as well? Or is the middle position only empty, selecting neither of the contact blocks?

There's no "normal" set of contact blocks, depends on what the seller's selling. Sometimes they'll sell 3 different versions with different contact blocks. In my instructions I list what's needed so that you can make sure to get the right contact blocks.

Nope. I've never seen a switch with 3 contact blocks side by side. Always 2 beside each other at most. You can piggy-back as deep as you want however.

Correct.

Thanks for the confirmation Kal.

That means I'll have to use two NC contacts stacked on the existing NO contacts to emulate a contact for the middle position. Current will only flow through both NC contacts when the switch is in the middle position.

EDIT: The two NC contacts are already present, from the safe start interlock. Great! Smile
