Hey,

I've finished my site work and now I'm in the process of ordering my parts for the control panel. When I received my confirmation emails from the ebay merchant, Electrical Replacement Parts - the vender that sells the enclosure, switches, and buttons - I found that they have an online website at http://www.pioneerbreaker.com The prices appear to be the same as the ebay site, but there is free USA shipping on all the products! I would have saved $44 had I known this.

I just got my PID and waiting to start carving up my enclosure. I can't wait!

I sent them some emails through their site before I started ordering and unfortunately never received any responses.
When I emailed them through eBay after they told me to (oddly enough) not email them through their main site but through eBay as they are better setup to respond through ebay inquiries (odd).

Things may have changed. That was 2 years ago.

For what it worth (in terms of full disclosure), this site gets a small finders fee (commission) when you order from them through the eBay links I provide (at no extra cost to the buyer). We get nothing if you purchase directly from the manufacturer site.

When prices are similar I do always prefer to order through eBay myself as there's added buyer protection.

Everyone is allowed to purchase anywhere they like of course.

Kal

P.S. Nice sink setup! Well done!

Where do you see this free shipping? I added over $120 to the cart and it still quotes me at $14 shipping.

Hey again,

I was wrong and should delete the post. The free shipping on the www.pioneerbreaker.com is for an order of $500 of more if the "free shipping" icon appears. Buy your stuff through the ebay site so Kal can get some credit for all his hard work. Sorry about that,

Blake Mug

No problems Blake. I'll leave this thread however. I don't want to erase things. I'm a strong believer in not censoring and never do in any of the sites or forums I've run. I don't want to lead people into making decisions either. Everyone makes their own choice.

Wouldn't want to lose that nice picture anyway! (Incidentally, you should put it in your photo gallery here!)
