According to my buddy, who's house is our DeFacto brewery, there seems to be a quality issue with our last batch of Blonde Ale which has just been racked into secondary. I let him know that using the modified Ss brew buckets we don't need to go to secondary as we can go the whole 4 weeks in the primary, and then go straight to kegs. Apparently, this quality issue requires repeated and continuous sampling to verify "proper progress". I personally think this isn't necessary, but he is insistent. Any help?
I remain skeptical,
Marc
