|

I did some searching and didn't see this previously discussed in depth - but is there any harm in pre-mixing salts?
I currently keep them in separate jars and measure each on brew day - but in an attempt at improving the day's efficiency, I was thinking I could pre-measure for each profile/addition and already have them mixed and ready to be used in the mash/boil on brew day.
Would this cause interactions, reduce shelf life or effectiveness? What about diluting them in a couple ounces of water to have a concentrate on hand and ready?
