Looking to brew a Belgian Golden Ale (looking for that good pale/golden color) and looking for a good base recipe. I'd like to keep the ABV to 6.5-7% range as I don't want it to be too boozey.
Also plan to add blood orange puree. Thoughts on adding to secondary or keg? Also, recommended amount to add? I'm brewing 10 Gal batches and keg (5 Gal). I'm sure it goes without saying but I'm brewing on a Kal clone set up.
Thanks & cheers!

I made a Blood Orange Wheat a few year ago around Christmas (Looked at my brew log. It was brewed November 8, 2018 and kegged December 15, 2018.) Keg was kicked too quickly. I put the blood orange puree in the secondary. In 5 gallons I used Vintner's Harvest 3 lbs, 1 oz (1.39 kg) can.
