Looking for some help/solutions to a major issue.
Pitched lager at 50F on Sunday, held steady there until sometime yesterday when i noticed the chiller had froze up and tripped out. The ferment temp rose to 69-70f and has been there since this morning.
What are my options on these lager beers?

vienna lager w/M76
lager w/ S-189
lager w/ 34/70

Oops!

What temperature is the actual wort at? You may want to very slowly bring the temp back down. Not too fast as otherwise the yeast may go dormant.

Or not, and just treat these as ales as they'll likely already have a little more yeast derived flavour than you expected given the higher fermentation temp near the start.

Good luck!

That's unfortunate. So the wort's pretty close to room temp already. You may want to very slowly bring the temp back down. Not too fast as otherwise the yeast may go dormant. Up to you.
