I have been using my control panel for several years without any issues. Today when I turned it on the HLT PID did not come on. The display is completely dark. The other PID's function as normal. I have confirmed that the PID is getting power and checked all connections for loose or damaged wires. Anything else I need to check or has the PID failed?
I built the control panel several years ago from a kit purchased from the The Electric Brewery.
Thanks
Alan

If you confirmed that the PID is receiving power (screws 9/10) and it's not turning on, then it's broken and needs to be replaced.
Cheers!

I'm curious, what would cause "it's broken"?
