Awesome, wasn't sure if the husks were considered shredded or not.


I have been following your design since 2014. Still a few modifications to make though, my mash tun is still a converted keg with a false bottom (which gave me a bit of issues achieving a decent vorlauf).

All in all though, while I usually have an 83%-87% efficiency post boil (pre fermenter), I ended with 95.6% efficiency yesterday Very Happy

95.6% is great! That's typically where I am (other than very high gravity beers). Enjoy the setup!
