and it was great! I haven't been able to brew in quite a while due to a job change but I'm trying to focus on it now that I'm home bound for the forseeable future.
I forgot how much I enjoyed it and how everything just works. Today's experiment was a hazy IPA recipe I've made several times but decided to switch out lactic acid with acidulated malt and see how that works. I have quite a stock pile of 2018 hops, so if this experiment turns out, I forsee many hazy's in my future
