I need some help. I've got 3 dpdt relays for the main power and hlt & boil. They are different to the ones in the standard build and have come with no instructions or wiring diagram. I'm clueless as to where to attach the power wires and switches.
I'm running 240v in the UK.

Hi!
You should ask whoever sold these to you for some sort of pinout or diagram explaining how they work. Normally there's a picture right on the cover but if not they should be able to assist.
If you've got some electrical knowledge you can test it with a multimeter too to help pinpoint. Since the cover is clear you may be able to just see what's what too.
Just from your picture, there's no way someone can confirm what spades go where.
Good luck!
Kal

EDIT: It's hard to see but it does appear there's a picture on the top side of the unit (as oriented in the picture you posted). Can you take a better picture of that?
As well, I think I see it says "28VDC" on there as well. Is that the coil voltage? That's not going to work.
You will also need a socket for this sort of relay.
If you decide to purchase the correct relay (no socket required) see here: https://shop.theelectricbrewery.com/collections/ssrs-relays-contactors
If you let me know what panel you're building I can pinpoint the exact one for you. We do sell relays and contactors meant for use in the UK (240V AC) and do ship worldwide.

Sorry, I grabbed that pic off the internet thinking it was my model. Has the same pins but not same voltage. Here's my model:

This seems to be the diagram, but still doesn't make sense to me!

7 and 8 are the coil.
6 and 5 are the throws (inputs) and they're normally closed to to 2 and 1.
6 and 5 will close to 4 and 3 when you apply voltage to the coil.
If this is confusing, I'd suggest purchasing the recommended parts as you'll be able to wire them out without really having to understand.
Good luck!
