I’ve already replaced the cable to the boil kettle temp probe and it still is not working correctly. Basically at lower temps under 100F it seems to report accurately and then at 206F and above it is also accurate in between 100F and 206F it is completely off. All of a sudden it will be something like 130F and increase super fast up to 180F but still be inaccurate. What are the chances it’s the probe tip. I’m guessing I’m buying a new temperature controller but wanted to ask just in case. This has not worked correctly since the first brew everything else with the panel works great.
Thanks,
Dru

Hi Dru,

Try swapping with the other parts you have to confirm. Assuming you're using our design, you have 3 PIDs, 3 cables, and 3 temp probe tips. swap by simply disconnecting cables under the panel and at the temp probe tips. You'll be able to see where the problem stays and will then know where the problem is.
