I plan on making this on my first run. I LOVE English beers.
I have a question about yeast.
The recipe says use 6-7 packs of either Wyeast 1028 or White Labs WLP013? 6-7 packs?
How many can I use if I make a starter?
Thanks!

One pack. That's one of the main points behind using a starter: To save money by using as little yeast as possible. Either one pack or possibly even old yeast slurry.
See my yeast starter guide for complete details: https://shop.theelectricbrewery.com/pages/making-a-yeast-starter
Enjoy the beer!
