Should I use the normal 1.25 quarts per pound for a Vienna Lager (mashed at 156F) or change the value?

recipe formulation for brewing a Vienna Lager on Saturday, February 2, 2020.

Thanks.

That's entirely up to you and what you're hoping to achieve, the recipe, and your entire brewing process. They all work together. There's no one right answer.

1.25 is fairly common. Sometimes I'll use 1.5 or even 2.0 for higher fermentability.

Happy brew day!
