So I have to say right place, right time... I was at The Mayor of Old Town in Fort Collins this evening based on a comment of "you should be here" last week by the owner. And lo and behold I was there to enjoy my first ever RR Pliny The Younger!!!
Note that I am not an IPA fan, or at least I wasn't. Damn that was a good beer! And I had two!
They just had a sixtel and it was gone in no time!
Now to find a clone so I can become an IPA addict!
EDIT: Now that I went and read the PTE clone recipe posted by Kal I think perhaps I should just try that first... It sounds challenging enough.

Thanks for the lead Kal. Like I said I just lucked out, but I guess I now understand why people seem to rave about the Pliny IPAs.
