New System is operational!! So happy that I got through all the electrical stuff without killing myself! Still need to add labels to the control panel, and put a pressure regulator on my water in line (I backfill the MLT, HLT, and all plumbing). My house supply pressure is crazy high, so it needs to be knocked down quite a bit. I kept a burner under the MLT just to assist in getting the inital water up to temp quicker, but the boil, RIMS, and HLT are all electric. Much quieter now!

Still have a few improvements that I would like to make, but now I can get back to making beer again. It's been since November and I am running dangerously low!!

How high? Where I live code is 80 PSI max. Anything higher coming in should use a PRV as it could otherwise damage equipment (toilets, plumbing, etc). We have one in our current home as the pressure was well above that and not all of our fixtures were rated to the level that was being fed into the house.

Not sure quite how high, but it's definetly too much pressure for backfilling my system with that silicone hose. Specs say burst pressure is 30psi at 70F, so I plan on dialing it back at the brewery inlet to about 20psi to be safe. For now I just barely crack open the valve to limit pressure/flow while I am filling, and then disconnect as soon as it's full. Need to do a boil test yet to make sure the "Easy Boil" is dialed in, but the other two controllers are dialed in nicely and ready for an actual brew day. Have to get back to the house remodeling for now though!

Definitely don't use regular silicone hose with city type water pressures - silicone will blow up like a balloon.
If you want to use silicone hose for this purpose, I'd recommend reinforced silicone hose: https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=as_li_ss_tl?k=reinforced+silicone+tubing&ref=nb_sb_noss&linkCode=ll2&tag=theelectricbrewery-20&linkId=d06f44bb033f365e4c43efe8a41f4bce
