Working on: Vienna Lager. Witty name to follow.

Starting a recipe workup for this. If I'm done tweaking it, I may start it tonight.

Any gotchas/suggestions?

Here is what I have so far.. This is a 5g batch on a Keggle system based off The Electric Brewery's system. (controller is a 90% Kal Clone, I made some minor changes to be a 50A back to back system)

Grain Bill
50% (3.0 pounds) Briess 2 Row Pilsner Malt (1SRM)
42% (2.5 pounds) Wyermann White Wheat Malt (2.3 SRM)
8% (0.5 pounds) Briess 10L Caramel Malt (10SRM)
4.3 IBU (1oz) of aged whole cone hops

Starter
1.5L Starter, 1.036 With Extra Light DME
WLP 630 Berliner Weisse Blend (Weizen yest with Lactobacillus)

Water treatment, I'm still working on, but I think I'm shooting for as close to Berlin profile as I can get.

It's drinkable.

1.028 OG
1.000 FG

Taste is slight banana, it's tart, but not full on sour. May try kettle souring next batch.
