Hi all, I'm looking at making an oatmeal stout for my next brew. 100% RO water. Anyone have a good starting water profile for this? Been scouring online and the best I could find is Ca 51, Mg 10, Na 16, Cl 71, So4 71. Does this look appropriate? Open for suggestions and thanks in advance!
