micromatic tower with unusual taps

I bought this great micromatic tower + drip tray from a guy off of craigslist. He bought it at an auction but it was originally in a liquidated restaurant. It has these taps, as you will see in the picture, that have really long spouts. The guy I bought them from said they were micromatic taps but I'm not sure about that. Has anyone seen them before? Are they any good? I was planning on replacing them with Perlick faucets but I've never seen this type before.

Euro styles tend to have long nozzles. Example: https://www.micromatic.com/draft-beer/euro-style-celli-faucet-chrome-plated-mm901?affId=70238

That said, these seem especially long.
