I thought I smelled burning electric coming from my control panel on a previous brew session but a visual inspection of the contactors or power in/our receptacles didn't show any obvious issues.
During the last brew I did I thought I smelled it again. I decided to dig a little deeper and removed the power in and the 2 element receptacles from the control panel and I noticed some warping of the plastic on the power in receptacle on the "Y" (one of the hot legs). I remove the 2 screws hold the thing together and found my issue.
I had done 2 or 3 brews since I had smelled the melting plastic the 1st time. I should have trusted my nose
