Hi all,

I normally keg and serve from keg but need to bottle some for cottage time. Anyone tried these https://amzn.to/2OFBYYT ?

Not sure if links work but on amazon Canada there is crown caps called 'little shiloh pull tab caps' that look interesting but wondering if anyone has tried them in bench capper or red?

Thanks

Interesting. Though oddly enough they don't mention how many you get.

I also keg and when I need to bring beers somewhere prefer flip-top bottles like this:

Amazon Canada: https://amzn.to/2Mx1TEx
Amazon US: https://amzn.to/2MvxNkZ

You never need to replace caps.

That means that they will give you what 100 caps should weight. So you could get a couple more or less than 100, but in my experience the company will usually actually weigh to 101 caps so to ensure that you have at least 100 of them.

Exactly right! It's not worth the time and effort to always get inexpensive items to an exact count, so it's usually done by weight.

okay Yeah I get it, I should have picked up on that because it is an industry standard with lots of companies to weigh lots rather than hand count them. I have a Doh! moment to Kal! LOL
