The Wyeast stuff is a "proprietary blend of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, nitrogen compounds, zinc, and trace elements". So definitely not just Di Ammonium Phosphate.
Does it make a difference? That would depend on your beer/wort/yeast.
I don't use yeast nutrient. It's typically not required.
