Good morning. I've read the pid setup instructional pamphlet, but I just need more of an explanation on the programing and also probe temperature setup. The flow chart makes it easy to understand and make changes, however i feel that there could be more of an explanation. I did read an article on using ice water to calibrate the probes, but i can't seem to find that article anymore. Also I've noticed running in auto tune and manual modes pop up in thread conversation. Is there an article that is more thorough on the setup and use of the Inkbird ITC 106? Thanks in advance. Mug

What I did...was bring my mash water to 150 or 160 degrees and used a trusted instant read thermometer to calibrate my probe. Has been working fine since. What specifically would you like more explanation on?
