Plug changes for 240v UK electrical

Could a standardised UK 3 pin plug and sockets be used in your system. As the plugs we use here are very different to those used in Europe as UK plugs have to be fuse fitted from 3a to 13a for domestic household electrical supply. Any help would be appreciated.
