Sounds almost like Fake News... but I am not an expert Brewer but it would seem the lower temperature boil (and how do you achieve a boil at below boiling temps?) that the chemical processes that should occur cannot be achieved? Seems like a good chance they will lose market value on their products.

I have obviously been very confused on how this all works. I haven't be adding the bubbles at the right time.
