Like most of us, I like to change things up a bit from time to time. This is one I thought I would share with the group. I mounted my mash tun temp probe on a tee that is connected to the ball valve with cam locks. This allows me to remove and clean as needed and move to other connection points to check temps.

I've used it a couple times and really like it.

I did this as well... very smart move. It allows you to pop it on your wort chiller output, or move it to the herms output if you need to t/s something.

Also makes it easier for drying... all my parts come off and i sit them in front of a fan to dry off.
