Hello all,
Just a thought - does anyone see anything wrong with emptying a Keg then promptly refilling with the same beer without washing out the Keg? Not laziness per se, more looking for efficiencies.
It would seem ok to me as they are the same beers and assuming the original beer had no contamination and the Keg is nicely purged with CO2 already......

Thoughts? Experiences?

I know many that do this even if it isn't the same beer. You should be fine as you stated in terms of contamination or whatever as the keg will be completely full of CO2.

That said, I don't do this. Wink I pop off the disconnects and soak everything for a couple of days in Oxiclean and then rinse, re-assemble, purge with CO2, and keg.
