Hi there,
I'm very excited to be almost complete with the purchases for my Electric Brewery control panel!
The parts I have left to buy were the ones I knew needed some research as I didn't fully understand what was needed.
After going through the eBook, FAQ: 240v conversion page and countless forum posts I haven't quite found all the information I was looking for and wondered if someone out there had any further info on what I need for UK 240v.
Sockets/receptacles
2x Leviton 2626F
1x Leviton 2715
2x Leviton 4585C
Plugs
2x Leviton 2621
1x Leviton 2713
2x Leviton 2570C
Have I missed anything?
I've found these available to be shipped from the US by Amazon but this will be quite expensive. Are there any UK equivalents?
What do I need to do to the other end of the power cable? Can I buy another Leviton plug and socket? Will this be able to be wired safely into my UK power supply?
My next question is for the power itself. does any body have any further diagrams or pictures of their UK setup? Showing mains, GFI and how this all connects up?
I am (as you can tell) far from an electrician and any help or advice is appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Below is a quote from this. I would recommend a contact with a UK electrician. You also need plugs etc. for more power.
http://www.worldstandards.eu/electricity/plugs-and-sockets/g/
"In the UK, the power sockets in a house are connected by means of ring circuits, which are protected by 32 A circuit breakers. This type of wiring is rarely used outside the UK and requires the use of fused plugs."
