I am in the early stages of building my electric brewery. I have purchased all the premade kits where possible but not everything has arrived yet. I just had my kettles come in and want to order the tools I will need to assemble everything.

My question is in regards to the heating element chapter. Do I need to do anything other than cut the holes for the heating element?

Hi!

That's all that's needed!

The heating element kit comes with parts to form a tight weldless fitting. Simply Punch a 1-1/4" hole in your kettle, and then secure the heating element kit using the included washer, nut, o-ring, and (optionally) seal with the food grade silicone adhesive/sealant (also included in our kits).

Good luck!

Kal
