I have a commercial deep sink with an attached drainboard. I want to hang my mash paddle, hoses, and brushes over the sink and drainboard to dry and am concerned with them draining down the wall past the sink and not into the sink.
Has anyone addressed this concern? I though about using some tacky plastic, that you would put on kitchen shelves, on the wall and sink to bridge the gap.

I mounted a large sheet of stainless on the wall behind the sink, which laps over the rear sink lip.
