Kudos to Kal and his system! I built my system several years ago. Due to a job change, from Duluth,MN to Philadelphia and actually living in New Bern, NC, I have not brewed in over two years!
I retired in April and a month ago a began cleaning up the brewery, testing all the systems with water in preparation of a brew day. Everything worked just as it had the day I completed building the system. The only issue was a misaligned pump head that was bent during the move, an easy fix.
The first brew, after two years off, was the beer that got me back to home brewing, Bell's Hopslam clone. It is on gas now and taste GREAT!
Kal, the system worked perfectly after 2 years off. Your system was one of the best investments I have made in personal enjoyment and in beer.
