Hey all,

FINALLY in the process of getting my brewery back up and I looked in our freezer and saw pounds and pounds of sealed hops (2012/2013) and got ready to throw them all out but I figured I would ask the gurus if i can still use them.

Some of them are in the original sealed (mylar) packages - some are vacuum sealed by me in the clear packages.

Thoughts?

Thanks!
perogi.

If well sealed and kept in the freezer they should be reasonably good. I'd use them. Open some up and rub them in your palm/warm them up and see how they smell and look.
