Hi all
I'm out in Ottawa for work and was wondering If anyone in this area know any good craft breweies or a nice bar that serves locally brewed beers.
Cheers
Jay

Not sure how long you're here, but faves of mine are Beyond the Pale and Tooth 'n Nail. Out west is Covered Bridge. If you're downtown, Waller Street is a must-visit, and Bicycle Craft and Dominion City is out eastish. All worth a visit, opinion mine. (Dog and Pony is in Union 613, not really a brewery, but their speakeasy room is a nice place to grab a pint)

Thank you for the suggestions .... I'm here all week in the east end by the St Laurent shopping center.... I will take a look at these suggestions, I'm always up for tasting new beers.

Cool cool. Market is a quick cab/bus ride. I do recommend Waller St, esp. Bicycle Craft is closest, and the trip to Westboro/Mechanicsville also isn't bad. Have a great time!

For future reference there are a number of good locations across the river in Quebec all such as Brasseurs des Temps, Gainsbourg and now deeper in Gatineau is Brasserie du Bas-Canada.
