Mine is between 85-88% on most batches.

95% for beers below about 7-9% ABV, drops to 88% for the really high ABV stuff.

I'm using kettles from Northern Brewer with their false bottom and I'm getting 80% on most beers, and 70-75% on beers north of 10%. I'm more than happy with it. I needed to dial back my grain mill to get the right flow through the mash. A little more grain, but the system still works so well I don't mind at all.
