Hi, was hoping someone could shine some light. I've built a CP to Kals design. I have power to the power relay, as in it clunks and the PIDS come live but I have nothing else. No power on light, no elements or element on light. Obvious being the bus has not been wired up correctly. Double checked it, each terminal has a power source which comes off of the 7a fuse. Checked that there is power to each bus which there is. Checked all Pilot lights work which they do..

Any ideas, removed the fail safe all together.

Help would be appreciated.

Hi!

Check out our troubleshooting guide here to see if anything obvious comes out: http://www.theelectricbrewery.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=25460

Like you mentioned, something somewhere is wired incorrectly and it's fairly impossible to someone to guess where that is. It could be in any number of places. Do you have someone else that can take a look and see what you missed? If you post pictures that may be help too.

Make sure that all the wires on the busses are connected together as well.

Good luck!

Kal
