It is good to see increased availability of Safale K-97 dry German Ale yeast. The only place I could find it was Austins Home Brew in TX. They would buy it in bulk and repackage 11.5 gr sachets. Then it disappeared entirely. I now find Safale is packaging it and it is making its way to many retail outlets.

I have had good luck making a Kolsch with it and I am going to try it with an Altbier this weekend.
