I'm curious on others mash ration. I've pretty much always used 1.25 qt/lb of grain. What is everyone else using?

I assume you mean the water to grist ratio?

Anywhere from 1.25 to 2.0 depending on what I'm brewing.

Yeah, I read that before I posted and read the link you posted in that thread also. I was more looking for peoples personal experiences with different mash thickness
