I'm looking for some help. Im about to buy a 20 gallon blichman kettle that was built to fit kal's system. As I am as well following his guide to build my own electric setup, I jumped on this kettle asap. Problem is that It is the first piece I have bought that involves electricity. Can anyone share with me a way to build a Panel that would be used to control just the one 5500 watt element? And is it possible to run an extension cord from the laundry room out to the garage until I can run the power out there?
