Well, after 10 years of AG brewing, I am expanding into other areas of brewing - sake!
I am starting to read up on the brewing process and wanted to see if there is a good source on brewing sake and/or others experience in brewing sake.
Thanks!
Update: Came across this link:http://www.taylor-madeak.org/index.php

The Taylor-Made guide is the best I have seen on the Internet - I am interested in brewing sake, as well, but my work travel schedule makes it a challenge. I did come across a used copy of Fred Eckhardt's book, "Sake" which is also a great guide.

There was a great article on Sake Making in one of the more recent issues of Zymergy. White labs even sells a Sake yeast! Been thinking about doing this myself.
