This is a favorite for me in the bottle and on the Electric Brewery system. Brewed it 2 Fridays ago for the third time - dry hopped it today - recipe for a 12 gallon brew to fill 2 5 gallon kegs:
Deschutes Fresh Squeezed IPA
Brewer: JonyMac
Method: All Grain
Style: American IPA
Boil Time: 75 min
Batch Size: 12 gallons (fermentor volume)
Boil Size: 14 gallons
Boil Gravity: 1.054 (recipe based estimate)
Efficiency: 70% (brew house)

The Citra/Mosaic combo is one I want to try as it sounds fantastic. A real fruit bomb.
