If you can't find a seller, I recommend gfcistore.com. I bought a custom inline gfci 220v 30 amp for about $200.

I bought a PGFI-C31A3-114D (GFCI 30A 120/240V AUTOMATIC W/ NEUT BREAK L14-30 PLUG & Connector. I hope this works. It has 4 prongs. It was a custom order.

I did clarify from gfci store that it does provide personal protection.
