Ha! Took me a few seconds to figure out what you're showing here... a pizza made with spent grains with what looks like lime chunks on top? No - it's your boil kettle filter after your boil! 
What's the green stuff? Curacao or bitter orange peel chunks?

Not a very accurate representation of the color(iPhone 5S), but it is bitter orange peel and cracked coriander.
