Hi!
First of all I just want to say thanks for an exelent page.
I have been drooling over this page for a long time (3 years) and the plans for building my own have grown into finally happening.
I bought the kettles used from a fellow Norwegian that wanted to downsize his electric brewery.
I have been sourcing most of my parts from ebay, and tried to atleast follow Kal`s links to get there even if I haven't bougth exactly the parts listed.
I`m going to use DIN rails and without the voltage and current indicators.
I`m going to update this page as building continues
Image: Front door finally with all holes, signs just testfitted, several must have a remake because my friend that made them didnt know that i wanted two lines for all "off - xxx - on" signs.
My little space in the corner of the washing room. here I will make a new bench, and ad a ventilation hood.
On the wall oposite of the bench I hope to have room for 2 fridges. for fermentation and bottles/kegs

some progress today.
Wired up most of the stuff thats mounted in the door.
I work offshore at an oilrig, so I just brought the door and the components that i needed to make the holes in it. (the cabinet was a bit heavy for the bag).
my office is a mess now, but that doesnt matter... I got a lot done today
Since I don`t have the cabinet or the components that goes in there with me, I thought that I just made the wires long enough to fit them when i mount the door to the rest of the cabinet.
Still some work left, but I`m getting there

After using my brewery for 10 ish batches, Im very happy with my setup, and I `m dialled in on my water amounts.
I`m brewing consistantly and hit my numbers all the time
I delivered two beers to the Norwegian championship, none of them was brewed for competition, so the Pilsner got 31 point in the group for czeh pilsner, with WLP 850 copenhagen , Im supprised that they didn`t scored it lower. Its a crisp and easy drinking beer without diacetyl or DMS....
My Pale ale is now in the final, and I`m waiting for the results to be published. (10 beers out of approx 65 in pale lagers in the final)

Thanks!
Just got the call from the jury now.
I was second best American pale ale, and third best pale ale.
I`m very happy with the result.
