Just Wanting to say hello to the forum.
Long time reader, first time poster. I've been brewing with propane for a year now and done a few really good batches, but I am living in Canada where I must dogsled to the U-haul to get my propane and I'm sick of sitting in the cold for beer, so I have started the process of making an electric system.
I have really enjoyed reading the forum and getting all the information from all you awesome people. I am sure I will have many questions and will bother many of you extensively. I hope that with my background in Biology I may be able to help a few people out as well.
Regards,
nielsent

And to think... I'm here in N. Texas all giddy about "winter" finally being here and my tap water temperature is FINALLY about 55°F for chilling! Woohoo!
Welcome to the forum Nielsent! Good luck on the build... It's a fun project!

Oh great. You've just set me back a few years of trying to convince the rest of the world that not everyone in Canada uses a dogsleds (and lives in igloos).
