I received a photo from one of our customers that he told me I could share. Wow! What a beautiful setup - I absolutely love the custom hood!

(Original high-rez 4224x2376 version)

It came with this comment:

Kal, This past weekend was the first brew on the new equipment. A Russian Imperial Stout. Hit all the numbers. Your control panel was an absolute pleasure to use. What a beautiful, intuitive, functional piece of brewing kit.

Please thank Mike. The build quality exceeded my already lofty expectations.

York

Glad to hear you're enjoying the setup York - happy brewing!

Kal

Very nice indeed! I like the pump and CFC carriers on the brew stand, and also the camlock faucet adapter on the sink!

Well done York!

The setup is certainly beautiful, but the painted wall struck me as a simple but different nice touch.

Also, a thanks to all on this site for passing on the knowledge that enabled me to build my system. Much appreciated! I hope to pay it forward if possible.

That's the first thing I noticed too - it's so simply and understated. I like it.

What a set up! I am new to beer brewing and busy researching different brew set ups, methods and process (very new and green). I am keen to get a detailed understanding of the process. Can anyone recommend any links explaining exactly how the process works on this set up? Cheers

See our BREW DAY STEP BY STEP for the brewing process used during brew day: http://www.theelectricbrewery.com/brew-day-step-by-step

For detailed build instructions and the how's and why's things were done the way they are, see the BUILDING YOUR BREWERY articles on our main site: http://www.theelectricbrewery.com/

Start with "Kettles (overview)" and continue from there: http://www.theelectricbrewery.com/kettles-overview

Good luck! We're here to help if you have any questions.
