I would like a new HLT kettle, a brix meter and a new set of quick connects to replace my cam locks (I have 2 sizes from 2 different sources and it decreases my flexibility). I also would like an additional CO2 tank, which I might just buy myself anyway! Smile

I bough me a new conditioning freezer, sole purpose to condition a keg that has already been fermented but needs time to let solids and yeast fall to the bottom. I'll always be a brew ahead now .... yeah!
