I built this CPBF a few months ago and used it once. It really works great, but it is quite intimidating to use because it just seems like you don't have enough hands. Well, last night I had to bottle a bunch of beer for various contests I am entering and once everything was set up, and in place, it worked QUITE WELL! I got in a routine and was able to bottle almost two cases of bottles.
I would not recommend anyone build the exact thing I just built... You can actually buy one very similar to this for the same price if not cheaper by looking around. The "all stainless" ones with a three-way valve up top are just a few bucks more than what I spent on building this one. They may be easier to use since they only have one valve too.

Thanks... I have 6 entries going into BlueBonnet Brew Off. It's the largest single-site homebrew comp in the country. It will be very interesting to see how I do.
