About to start the boil on Guinness Draught. So far numbers good. Used a pound of rice hulls in mash as I've been having stuck mash problems. Not a single issue today. I think it's my mill that's the problem. I got the single adjustable kind and probably should have gotten the double adjustable. Oh well! Not a problem now.

I got the Malt Mill single adjustable mill. I got it before I got into brewing beer. I like it, but it is only adjustable on one end. They make a dual adjustable one, but when I purchased it, I didn't know any better. Now I do!

I too have a Malt Mill but the nonadjustable model. If it ever takes a crap on me I'm looking at the Dual model next. Thanks

I wouldn't blame the mill just yet. Any 2 roller mill where you can adjust the gap size should be fine.

What gap size do you use? How fast do you mill? If your brewing setup is like the one in the build instructions on this site, see here for recommendations:

Not sure if you're following my Guinness clone recipe (see: http://www.theelectricbrewery.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=27086) or another one, but see the hints for adding the roasted malts and how to avoid stuck sparges.
