I want to hard wire the temperature probe to my PID. In the DIY kit, do the wires have the "u" terminals as shown on the Auber site?

One more question I just remembered -
I want to use the the probe in a 3/8" Tee. Will the 1/4"NPT-2" probe with a 3/8" x 1/4" bushing be too long to fit in the 3/8" tee?
