I am looking for a multiple beer washer/sterilizer, I only found one commercial system (sold by Morebeer) which can do 12 bottle. But review are mixed. Didn't found any DIY project appealing, any suggestion. I am bottling 80 litres (20 gal) at a time of Belgium style beer. (Pale ale I keg). Thanks

Not to change the subject, but have you considered kegging? Much easier. Once I started kegging I never went back to bottling. EDIT: Oops - I see you mention that you do keg some styles.
I can understand that some styles may be better bottle conditioned, but unless that's all you make it wouldn't be that much to wash one or two at a time (?). Though 20 gallons sounds like a lot. I think I'd need to go through a *lot* of bottles to consider a 12-bottle washer.

Bottling 20 gallons sounds like a pain as I remember my bottling days. I hope you're using bombers but that's still 116 bottles give or take. Anyway assuming you've rinsed your bottles after use, i.e. no crud stuck inside, I'd suggest a large plastic trash barrel that could hold all the bottles at one time. Fill it with water and StarSan (or bleach ) and fill it up and let 'em soak. Then dry on your bottle tree (you have one I hope!) and you should be good to go. Not a glamorous solution but it'd get the job done I think.

Yes 20 gal that's a lot of beer bottles but for Belgium style (white, strong abbey style) after comparing (on multiple brew) keg and bottle, there is NO comparison. Just like I prefer by a lot kegging my pale ale (American and British). I do 750 ml cork bottles and considering buying 750 ml crown bottles but in Quebec, to buy at a reasonable price (I found 6$/12) but you need to buy 96 cases (of 12) !!!
I saw that DIY bottle washer but was curious about the one they sell at more beer:

Hear good and bad thing about it. Any experience with it ?
